1. Student can avail the fee refund facility within first five days from the date of commencement of either batch or course. Fee will be refunded after deducting initial processing and admission charges, equivalent to admission fee (as mentioned in fee receipt).

2. The course is strictly personal and non-transferrable. It is intended solely for the individual student's use.

3. NEXT IAS retains the authority to modify its programs, fees, faculty, or the location of classes at its discretion without prior notice. All such changes will be promptly communicated to enrolled students. The decisions made by NEXT IAS are conclusive and binding.

4. Candidates may be required to furnish their UPSC Admit Card or the Detailed Application Form (DAF) for the Main Examination upon request.

5. The provision of a photograph is mandatory for verification of the candidate's identity. NEXT IAS reserves the right to publish the names, photographs, or videos of successful candidates in the current or subsequent years for promotional and publicity purposes.

6. Students must comply with all institute rules and regulations. Violation of these rules may result in the student's expulsion from the course without a refund.
